To confirm your reservation, a 15% non-refundable prepayment of the total rental cost is required.
This prepayment is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.
The remaining balance must be paid upon vehicle pickup.
All prices are listed in USD ($). Transactions are processed in GEL at the exchange rate valid at the time of the transaction.
2. Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a 15% non-refundable prepayment.
In case of booking cancellation, the 15% prepayment is retained by the company as a cancellation fee.
If any additional amount is paid in advance beyond the 15% non-refundable prepayment, it will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment card upon cancellation.
3. Deposit Policy
A security deposit ranging from $100 to $300 USD is required upon vehicle pickup. The exact amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle category and is specified during the booking process.
The deposit serves as a guarantee against potential damages or violations.
The deposit is fully refundable immediately upon the return of the vehicle, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was received.
4. Vehicle Usage and Road Restrictions
Our vehicles are intended for use on public roads.
Off-road driving (driving on non-public tracks, riverbeds, or areas without road infrastructure) is strictly prohibited.
While our vehicles are suitable for mountain roads, driving in extremely dangerous or impassable areas is at the renter’s own risk.
Any damage caused by reckless driving, misuse of the vehicle, or failure to exercise reasonable care on difficult terrains is the customer’s full financial responsibility. Insurance coverage may be voided in case of such negligence.
5. Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive Insurance: All our vehicles are covered by third-party liability and comprehensive insurance (Kasko) provided by our partners, Unison Insurance and Vaisar Insurance.
Coverage Scope: Insurance covers damage caused by accidents, theft, or fire, provided the driver follows all traffic rules and the terms of this agreement.
What is NOT covered: Insurance does not cover:
Damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Damages caused by off-road driving or gross negligence.
Loss or damage to personal belongings inside the vehicle.
Damages to tires, wheels, windscreen, and the interior of the car (unless specific additional coverage is purchased).
Accident Procedure: In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately contact the local authorities (Police) and the rental company. Failure to provide a police report may void the insurance coverage.
